Registration

The Twin Cities Quarterback Academy is open to boys entering grades 5th-8th in the fall of 2011.  The camp begins on Monday, June 6th.  Parents are always welcome to attend, photograph, or videotape any of our sessions.

This is a non-contact camp, so players will not be wearing pads, and should instead plan to work-out in something comfortable.  We would recommend a t-shirt, shorts, and either cleats or sneakers.

Please complete this registration form and waiver by May 31st, and mail, along with the registration fee of $120 to:
